Antoine Sanzay has established himself as one of the major references of the Saumur-Champigny appellation.

After taking over the vineyard of his cooperative grandparents in 1999, he gradually began to vinify his grapes, in the most beautiful way. Cultivation is as natural and respectful as possible, the soils are worked and the harvest is carried out by hand. Antoine relies on natural yeasts to ensure the fermentations and matures his wines for a long time in oak barrels.

The wines are of exceptional olfactory refinement, where the Cabernet Franc expresses itself in all its sincerity.
